A screen printed logo is applied to garments by forcing ink, through a screen and stencil, onto the fabric, using a squeegee. We can print up to 6 colours in one location. One colour is printed at a time, and then the print is passed through a dryer. This creates a very durable print that will last for years, holding up very well, wash after wash. Sublimation printing embeds dye directly in the fabric using heat. The end results is a very soft yet durable imprint that cannot be felt on the fabric, as the print is within the material. It is ideal or all-over designs, for which there are not design limitations. Go ahead and get as creative as you like! With direct-to-garment printing, special inkjet printers are used to print your logo, or design, directly on the garment. DTG is a good choice for print designs with lots of detail, or gradients, and there are not limits on the number of colours you can use in a design. It can be a cost effective apparel printing method for smaller orders.
