Return Policy

 

Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless there is a manufacture’s defect or we made a mistake with with the custom printing.

 

Misprinted or Defective Goods

Claims due to a printing error by CM Design, or defective goods, will be covered at our expense. Claims for misprinted goods must be submitted within 5 days after you accept delivery of the goods. Please contact us, indicating your order number, if your order was misprinted or suffers from a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that CM Design made a mistake in the customization, we will replace the goods supplied but no additional cost or loss will be covered by CM Design.

 

Sizing Errors

CM Design will not replace goods due to sizing issues. Please be sure to double check the sizing specifications prior to placing your order. If you cannot find sizing specifications on the CM Design website; please contact us and we will gladly email them to you. You may also choose to purchase samples prior to placing your order, so you have an opportunity to try on the clothing item(s).

 

Cancellations

We officially do not offer order cancellations under any circumstances. All our custom printed products are made to order and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. This process includes us paying for shipping goods in to be decorated, preparing graphics, and creating screens. If you must cancel, please contact us, and if the process is not too far along; we may be able to work with you towards a cancelation but there will likely be restocking and other fees associated with cancellation. However, please note, we cannot not guarantee it we can cancel an order so please be certain about your order before placing it.
